If using frozen tofu defrost and squeeze out excess water. Otherwise use extra firm tofu and press out excess water.
Tear tofu in chunks and place in bowl. Toss with corn starch and spice mix.
Heat oil in a non stick pan over medium high heat. Cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
In a bowl mix together sauce ingredients and toss with crispy tofu.
Serve on salad, a sandwich, wrap or rice bowl.
