Protein Brownies

Ingredients

 ¾ cup coconut oil
 1.50 cups organic cane sugar
 8 oz silken tofu
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup cocoa powder
 1 tsp Cocoa Cinnamon Sugar from Macaroni Spices Co
 ½ tsp salt
 1 cup all purpose flour

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9X9 baking pan with parchment paper.

Heat the coconut oil until liquid, unless yours is liquid at room temperature. Add coconut oil, sugar, tofu and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and mix again until ingredients are just combined. Pour mixture into baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
