Indian Spiced Cabbage

This easy side dish requires just a couple minutes of prep and is bursting with healthy ingredients. Pair with a protein and carb for a nutritious and quick meal.

 ½ medium green cabbage, shredded
 3 cloves of garlic, minced
 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
 ½ tomato, diced
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp turmeric
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp black pepper
 2 tbsp olive oil



Heat oil over medium low heat. Add garlic, ginger and tomato. Cook until fragrant.


Add cabbage and spices. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until cabbage is soft but still crunchy.
