Ingredients
Japanese Dressing
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
Salad
1 grapefruit
1 avocado
1 persian cucumber
1 green onion
1 tbsp cilantro
Directions

Combine ingredients for the Japanese dressing and set aside.

Cut salad ingredients into bite size pieces, slice green onion and chop cilantro.

Combine salad ingredients in a bowl with dressing and serve.
