Grapefruit Avocado Salad

You might not think to season your grapefruit with soy sauce but this blend of sweet, bitter and salty is surprisingly perfect. This salad combines fresh grapefruit, avocado, veggies and a Japanese seasoned dressing.

Japanese Dressing
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp water
 1 tsp sesame oil
 ½ tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
 1 grapefruit
 1 avocado
 1 persian cucumber
 1 green onion
 1 tbsp cilantro



Combine ingredients for the Japanese dressing and set aside.


Cut salad ingredients into bite size pieces, slice green onion and chop cilantro.


Combine salad ingredients in a bowl with dressing and serve.
