BBQ Tempeh

 2 tbsp olive oil
 8 oz tempeh
 ¼ yellow Onion
 ½ cup BBQ Sauce
 ¼ cup frozen Corn
 1 tsp hot sauce



Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.


Cut tempeh into bite sized cubes and add to heated pan. Stir and cook for 5 minutes to give the tempeh a crispy exterior.


Slice onion thinly and add to the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium and cover for another 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent.


Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and cook on medium heat until everything is warm. This dish is perfect for serving over rice or mashed potatoes.
