How does it work?

You will have access to a dashboard where new recipes are posted weekly. Each subscription includes three recipes each week and a downloadable shopping list. Visit your favorite grocery store and stock up on your groceries for the meals. Then follow our easy step by step recipes to help you save time on your healthy plant based diet.

How do the meal plans save me time?

The recipes in the meal plan are all easy and simple to make. Most recipes take under 30 minutes from start to finish and with meal prep instructions you can take your mind off planning meals in the week ahead. No special ingredients that are hard to find or complicated to use. Just real whole foods!

When will I receive my purchase?

Plans and eBooks are available immediately. You will have access to a dashboard where you can access everything.

What is a plant based diet?

A healthy diet focused on whole plant foods and excludes meat, fish, dairy and eggs.

Is it a vegan diet?

While one person may choose to eat no animal products on a plant based diet, another may eat small amounts of egg, poultry, seafood, meat or dairy. All of the recipes and meal plans from Macaroni and Peas have NO animal products at all.

When do new menus come out?

Every Friday you'll be able to view the new recipes for the upcoming week.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Our subscriptions are not binding and you are free to cancel at any time. When you cancel and you still have an active subscription, you will be able to access the dashboard until your subscription expires. You won't get a refund if you cancel midway.
