I am an AFPA certified Holistic Nutritionist with a focus on a whole foods plant based diet. 

After graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s in Science I spent years working in education while living abroad in Asia. It was a rewarding experience to help others and with my passion for a plant based diet I was eager to help people reach their health goals.

In 2018 I became a nutritionist and was counseling patients but found that there was something still missing. Realizing that clients still had barriers to eating a plant based diet such as time or experience cooking without animal products.

This is when I realized that my calling was personal chef work. I could come to my clients and prepare their weekly meals. With groceries in hand, I arrive, cook and clean up before leaving. My clients don’t have to worry about having healthy food on the table after a long day of work.

Most of us are busy with life tasks and maintaining a healthy diet gets pushed lower on our ‘to do’ list. I have found that eating a whole foods plant based diet is easier than most think, in addition to being delicious.
