Experienced Nutritionist

I am an AFPA certified Holistic Nutritionist with a focus on a whole foods plant based diet. 

After graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s in Science I spent years working in education. 

For over 10 years I followed a whole foods plant-based diet while working full time, travelling and living in over 4 different countries. I understand the joys and challenges of maintaining a healthy diet when life gets busy. 

Macaroni and Pea’s mission and vision is maintaining quality and the encouragement of a healthy body, healthy planet, and the love of animals.

I am passionate that a whole foods plant based diet is one that encourages a healthy body, healthy planet, animal compassion.

Most of us are busy with life tasks and maintaining a healthy diet gets pushed lower on our ‘to do’ list. I have found that eating a whole foods plant based diet is easier than most think, in addition to being delicious.

I hope to help others adopt a whole foods plant based diet.
